I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the service and hospitality that your staff provided during our recent wedding in Prague.  Ms. Lucie Maskova in particular deserves special praise for helping us realize our dream of being married in Prague.  Her help was invaluable since my wife and I were making all the arrangements from across the Atlantic Ocean in Washington, DC. 

We selected the InterContinental because of the hotel's reputation for quality and service.  Given the number of overseas guests attending the wedding, including high-ranking government officials, we wanted a hotel that we could trust to serve as host.  I am happy to report that your staff did an exceptional job.  During the entire planning process Ms. Maskova was in touch with us constantly, providing peace of mind and saving lots of time.  Even during the initial proposal phase, Ms. Maskova quickly produced a plan that was well developed and cost effective.  

The overall experience at your hotel was excellent.  My wife in particular was grateful for the numerous small details that made our stay so memorable, such as the sparkling wine and rose petals on our wedding day.  Even when some issue did arise, Ms. Maskova addressed them immediately and to our satisfaction. 

Getting married in Prague was a dream that my wife and I had for a long time because of my wife's roots in the Czech Republic.  Your staff made it possible, and we are very happy we partnered with InterContinental.
